August 2019 – Inauguration of the first “Lifeline Centre” at Kavalbyrasandra

The Lifeline Foundation opened its first full-time Citizen Service Centre called “The Lifeline Centre” at Kavalbyrasandra. It is located at #6, 2nd Cross, Shadab Naga, Kavalbyrasandra near Sayeediya Madrasa.The main objective of the Centre is to empower the poor and marginalised in their physical, social, and economic aspects and provide medical and other humanitarian services. This Centre will help citizens to avail government schemes by facilitating the preparation of important documents such as Aadhar card, Ration card, 2b Certificate, Voter Card, enrolment on to health schemes, scholarship applications etc. The management have also planned to organize coaching and remedial classes for SSLC and PUC students of the area. The centre will also be used to organize entrepreneurship training in various trades that will benefit the women to increase their incomes.Cutting and stitching classes are also planned to be held. The weekly meetings of Lifeline will also be held at this centre. The centre will also teach the Holy Quran and its message to kids and women of the area. It will be a place where all activities for benefit of the community can be executed.
