ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING GIVEN TO 55 MEMBERS OF LIFELINE BY UDHYAM LEARNING FOUNDATION
One of the most important activities started by Lifeline this year was to improve the business skills of our members. An entrepreneurship development programme, developed by Udhyam Foundation and conducted in collaboration with TLF, delivered value to small business owners by combining classroom-based sessions and 1-1 mentoring sessions focusing on building entrepreneurial mindsets and skills. It covered topics such as understanding business, basic economics of business, accounting to measure profitability, goal setting, new idea generation etc.
Udhyam Vyapaar and The Lifeline Trust have successfully conducted 3 pilot programs working with 15 to 20 Lifeline members in each of these three branches – BET, Goripalya, and Rahmat Nagar.
