The shock of the COVID-19 crisis on education has been unprecedented. It has set the clock back on obtaining educational goals and disproportionately affected the poorer and most vulnerable. To facilitate scholarships to the poor, Lifeline orchestrated a written examination on Sunday, 8 August 2021 for students currently studying; 10th Standard, I and II PU [Science, Commerce & Arts]. The exam was administered in three locations, Shams School, Crescent College and BET College. Total Students who appeared for the exam were 514, where 106 of them got entitled to the scholarship disbursing an amount of Rs 9,07,000 directly to the institutions. In addition, Rs. 4,98,916 has been given to 16 students studying other courses during the quarter.
