Nov 2021 – Mercy Seva Kendras operated by Lifeline help 158 poor citizens get free access to government services & benefits

The main objective of the Mercy Seva Kendra (MSK) is to enable reach of govt and NGO schemes to the right target groups, empower them with guidance and advice, and provide medical, education and other humanitarian services. Total 158 such cases were successfully facilitated in Q3 at the Govindpura Kendra. In healthcare and education, NGO funding is also facilitated by the MSKs. 5 cases were funded by Lifeline spending Rs 81,000, and 11 cases were facilitated funds from other NGOs to an amount of Rs 4.3 lakhs.

The Mercy Seva Kendras aims to help citizens to avail government schemes by facilitating the application of key documents such as Aadhaar card, Ration card, Passport, Income Certificate, Voter Card, Health Card, Scholarship applications, Govt Jobs etc. Interested NGOs and institutions who wish to start similar service centres can get in touch with us.
