Two Mercy Seva Kendras operated by Lifeline help 410 underprivileged citizens access to government services & benefits

The main objective of  Mercy Seva Kendra (MSK) is to enable reach of govt and NGO schemes to the right target groups, empower them with guidance and advice, and provide medical, education and other humanitarian services. The centre helped the beneficiaries to avail government schemes by facilitating the application of key documents such as Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Health Card, PAN Card, Pension & Scholarship applications, Voter ID cards etc.Total 138 such cases were successfully facilitated in the span of 8 weeks in Aug-Sep at BET, and 272 cases were facilitated by Govindpura branch. In healthcare and education, NGO funding is facilitated by the MSKs. 10 cases were funded by Lifeline spending Rs 1 lakh, and 51 cases were facilitated funds from other NGOs to an amount of Rs 7.5 lakhs.
