To facilitate scholarships to the impacted students, Lifeline orchestrated its annual scholarship drive in FY23, in addition to supporting many individual cases. Lifeline organized its 1^st annual scholarship examination for school students on Sunday, 24th July 2022 wherein a total of 1,167 appeared for the exam. The results of the exam were declared on 31st July 2022. This year, we increased the ambit to cover students from 8th to 12th std,  The campuses of BET institutions at South BLR and Huda School and College at North BLR were the examination centers. The registration process commenced 2 months prior to the date of the written scholarship exam conducted by the Lifeline Foundation. The examination format was MCQs, students were awarded with scholarships ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹11,000 based on performance, and the cheque was paid directly to the institution. A total of ~230 students have benefitted from Lifeline Scholarships totalling ₹20.4 lakhs in this drive.
