Free Health Camps are the flagship program of Lifeline under Lifeline Wellness Program since 3 years. The primary objective of the health camps is to make quality healthcare affordable and accessible to the poor.
In Q2 Lifeline has conducted two free health camps. On 20thSeptember 2020, a general health check-up camp has been organized at BET. Free medicines given by Mercy Mission were distributed as per the prescription by the doctor.
On 29thSeptember 2020, an “Free Eye Check-up Camp” was organized at Salam Centre at Tilaknagar. 80 screening tests were done, and 5 patients has referred for surgeries. 13 spectacles were distributed to the needed patients. Rs. 37,600 was sponsored by Humane Touch for the completion of the camp.
